We have three types of activities at SHIFT Youth:
- Connect: This is hang out times with your friends, doing some cool games and events arranged by our leaders. This could include scavenger hunts, game nights, and party nights.
- Get Real: This is where we tackle some important topics for youth and do some cool events teaching you how to be independent. This might be a guest who might talk about drugs or sex, cooking nights, or even shopping challenges where you have to learn how to budget.
- Unplugged: This is where we get active and try new sports and activities. This might be snowshoeing, wall climbing, skating, sledding, swimming, biking and more.
