KIDS DAY CAMP REFUND POLICY

  • A request for a refund does not necessarily guarantee a refund.
  • Refund requests must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of programming. You may transfer your registration payment to a different week, but this is dependent on space available at the summer program sites.
  • Refunds are not permitted because of changes in programming due to weather or other circumstances. We will work hard to make sure replacement field trips/activities are exciting and engaging.
  • Requests for refunds must be processed through the Kids On Track office, at admin@kidsontrack.org or via phone at 587-404-8877. Refund requests will NOT be taken on-site at the day camps.
  • Participants removed from programming due to behavioral concerns will not be eligible for refunds. Additionally, children who do not attend the whole week due to illness, appointments, or other reasons are not eligible for partial refunds as they are still taking up a “spot” that week.
  • Refunds dispersed by Kids On Track will only include the fee originally paid by the participant (minus a $10 admin fee.)
